表の脚注，同じ脚注

TeXで表とか図とか書いたときに，普通に\footnote{ほげほげ}っていれても脚注は出てこない．
どうやらminipageを使うのが常識なようです．

　またあるところで\footnotemark[2]
　またまたあるところで\footnotemark[1]

\footnotetext[1]{hogehoge1}
\footnotetext[2]{ほげほげ２}
\end{minipage}
\end{table}

\footnotemark[n]で番号を決めて，対応する\footnotetext[n]に脚注の内容を書けばOK．
